摘要
目的:为中药色象理论提供统计资料上的佐证并进一步对其临床实践与研究进行初步探讨,以期指导色素性皮肤病的临床用药。方法:通过查阅相关文献收集临床治疗色素性皮肤病的中药有效方剂,对其方药进行药味、颜色、配伍等方面的统计处理和分析,并以白癜风为例对中药色象理论的临床实践进行了初步探讨。结果:治疗色素沉着类皮肤病多以浅色类药物为主,治疗色素减退类皮肤病则以深色类药物为多,并与药物间配伍密切相关。结论:中药色象理论所揭示的现象与规律符合古今临床实际,可运用该理论指导临床实践。
Objective: Provide statistical data to herbal medicine color-effect phenomenon theory and further evidence of its clinical practice and research,in order to guide pigment disease skin clinical medication.Methods: Through literature review collecting Chinese herbs clinical treatment of skin pigment to diagnose the effective for taste,color,compatibility,etc,and the statistical analysis and treatment of TCM for patients with vitiligo was discussed in clinical practice.Results: The treatment of skin pigmentation was in light of drugs and treatment of skin pigment decline with brunet drugs,and was closely related with drug compatibility.Conclusion: Herbal medicine color-effect phenomenon theory as the phenomena and rules with clinical practice and theoretical guidance can use the clinical practice.
