两种分光光度法测定金钱草中多糖含量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和苯酚一硫酸法分别对溶剂法提取分离的金钱草叶的粗多糖进行分析,考察两种分析方法的可靠性和准确性.实验结果表明,多糖含量测定结果分别为11.70%和11.36%.平行测定6次,3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定样品加标回收率在92.52%~104.49%之间,RSD%=3.98%,检出限为0.022mg/mL;苯酚-硫酸法测定样品加标回收率在93.29%~114.82%之间,RSD%=3.36%.检出限为0.018mg/mL.两种方法都比较灵敏、可靠. Solvent extraction of Lysimachia christinae Hance ' s polysaccharide, is analyzed respectively with 3, 5- dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS ) and Phenol-Sulfuric Acid Colorimeter. The reliability and accuracy are of these two analysis methods are inspected. The results show that polysaceharide content was 11.70%. andll. 36%. Parallel measurement is done 6 times; Rate of recovery with DNS method is between 92.52% - 104.49%, RSD% = 3.98%. The minimum detection limit is 0. 022mg/mL. Rate of recovery of Phenol-Sulfuric Acid methods' is between 93.29% - 114.82% , RSD% = 3.36%. The minimum detection limit is 0. 018mg/mL. Two methods are both sensitive and reliable in polysaccharide determination.
