维持性血液透析患者透析间期体质量增加的原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析影响透析患者透析间期体质量增加(interdialytic weight gain,IDWG)的因素,从而使患者更好地控制干体质量,减少相关并发症。方法 85例维持性血液透析患者按体质量增加的相对值(体质量增加绝对值/干体质量×100%)分为两组,A组IDWG≤5%;B组IDWG>5%,观察两组患者的年龄、性别、透析前收缩压、透析时间、对疾病认识程度等因素对IDWG的影响。结果两组患者的年龄、性别构成、透析前收缩压、透析时间、尿素清除指数(Kt/V)、清蛋白、对疾病的认识程度及文化程度间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者,特别是年轻患者要加强健康教育,并积极控制血压等,使其能控制IDWG,预防心血管并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors for interdialytic weight gain, so that the patients can control their weight to reduce the incidence of complications. Methods 85 patients treated with hemodialysis were divided into two groups based on the relative value of interdialytic weight gain (interdialytie weight gain/dry weight) , with group A ≤5% and group B 〉5%. T- test was used to assess the effects of the patient's age, sex, predialysis systolic blood pressure, the hemodialysis time, and hemoglobin etc on the weight gain. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in age, sex, predialysis systolic pressure, hemodialysis time, Kt/V, albumin and education degree (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Health education to the young patients should be reinforced. The blood glucose and blood pressure should be controlled to maintain interdialytic weight gain and prevent cardiovascular complications. [ Key words]
