基于Mealy状态机莫尔条纹检测系统研究(英文)

摘要 提出一种嵌入式Mealy状态机实现的莫尔条纹检测方法,在EP2C8Q208芯片上完成了8倍频细分、辨向及计数电路的模块化设计.利用QuartsⅡ软件进行功能仿真与逻辑仿真.结果表明,该系统克服了传统电子细分法中细分、辨向分开带来的弊端,具有同步稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,易于升级修改,可实现较高精度位移测量. A novel modular design method for Moiré fringes detecting system using the embedded differential Mealy state machine was proposed in this paper.The eight-subdivision and direction recognizing,counting modules of Moiré fringes were accomplished on the programmable device EP2C8Q208.The functionalities were simulated by using QuartsⅡ software.Experimental results show that the system has overcome the disadvantage caused by separate subdivision and recognizing circuits in conventional electronic subdivision method. And it has the following characteristics:high synchronization, high anti-interference ability, quick upgrade and debug. High precision displacement measurement is implemented.
