摘要
通过分析系统内加入空气的目的,阐述加入空气的作用以及对系统运行产生的影响,提出优化空气加入量的方案。降低空气的加入量,可以增加二氧化碳压缩机的打气量,为产量的提高、氨和蒸汽消耗的降低提供帮助。在实际应用中,通过减少空气的加入量,减少了系统尾气的放空量,提高了合成转化率,进一步降低了装置的能耗。
Through the analysis of the purpose of the air inside the system to join, the impact of the function of adding air to the system operation was expounded, and optimization of air addition amount was proposed. Reducing air of addition amount can increase the CO2 compressor of ventilation, it helped the yield increase, and ammonia and steam consumption reduce. In practical applications, by reducing the amount of adding air, the amount of exhaust vent system was reduced, the Synthetic conversion improved, and the device power consumption was further reduced.
