摘要
本文以出炮口的磁信息作为迫弹引信解除保险的第二环境信息,以CPLD器件作为主控制器,以HMC1021为传感器搭建了磁信号采集系统。根据炮管附近的磁场分布特点,首先给出了系统的整体设计方案框图,按照方案,设计了硬件电路,传感器采集到的磁信号经过放大滤波以及AD转换后送至CPLD,CPLD负责控制AD转换以及对磁信号的识别。最后使用VHDL语言编写了算法识别程序,当程序检测到磁跳变信号到来时,CPLD即发出解保命令,控制后续的执行器解除保险。
In this paper,magnetic signal collection and control system,which use muzzle exit magnetic signal as the second stimuli to arm the mortar fuze,CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)as the master controller,and HMC1021 as the sensor,is designed.Block diagram of the overall system is drawn firstly,and then hardware circuit is designed according to the magnetic field distribution near the barrel.Magnetic signal is sent to CPLD after amplified,filtered and digitized,CPLD's function controls AD conversion and signal identification.Finally,algorithm program is written by using VHDL,when the jump signal arrives,CPLD sents signal to control the follow-up actuator.
