摘要
目的探讨恶性黑素瘤的发生和侵袭转移机制，检测nm23蛋白、上皮钙粘蛋白（E—eadherin）在恶性黑素瘤的表达水平。方法应用免疫组织化学sP法检测30例恶性黑素瘤、30例黑素细胞痣和20例正常皮肤组织中nm23和上皮钙粘蛋白的表达i结果nm23在恶性黑素瘤组织中表达的阳性率为63．33％，明显低于其在黑素细胞痣中的表达（86．67％），且在正常皮肤组织中为90．00％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；上皮钙粘蛋白在正常皮肤组织表达阳性率为100％，与在黑素细胞痣中的表达（83．3％）比较差异无统计学意义，在恶性黑素瘤组织中表达阳性率为43．33％，与正常皮肤组织比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在有淋巴转移和无淋巴转移的恶性黑素瘤中ran23和上皮钙粘蛋白的表达差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论nm23和上皮钙粘蛋白与恶性黑素瘤的转移有关，可作为预测恶性黑素瘤转移的指标之一，
Objective In order to study the molecular mechanism of human malignant melanoma, we detect the expression of nm23 and E - cadherin in malignant melanoma. Methods The expression of nm23 and E - cadherin in 30 malignant melanoma, 30 melanocytic nevus and 20 normal skin were detected by SP immunohistochemistry . Results Positive rate of nm23 in malignant melanoma（63.33% ） was significantly lower than in normal skin（90.00% ） and melanocytic nevus（86.67% ）. Positive rate of E- cadherin in malignant nlelanoma（43.33% ）was lower than in normal skin（ 100% ） and melanocytic nevus（83.3% ）. Both of the expression of rim23 and E - cadherin in metastasize malignant melanoma were greatly different to the no metastasis ones. Conclusions nm23 and E -cadherin are closely related to the metastasis of malignant melanoma, and may be the predictors of the metastasis.
