摘要
研究了稀土元素对铬钢、铬镍钢及铬镍氮型等耐热钢热强性能的影响。结果表明,在钢中加入适量的金属Ce或La,可显著地提高各种耐热钢的蠕变强度。讨论了稀土元素改善耐热钢热强性的因素。微量稀土改善高合金耐热钢热强性有一定的普遍性,且是其他元素无法取代的。为此开发稀土在耐热钢中的应用,对充分利用我国的富产稀土资源。
Effects of RE on the creep fracture behaviors of Cr Si,Cr Ni and Cr Ni N steels were investigated.The experiment results showed that adding proper amount of Ce or La,creep fracture strength were greatly increased.The improvement factors for creep fracture strength were discussed.The results mentioned above provide a certain universality.The role of the micro alloying with RE to accomplish this improvement of steel properties cannot be replaced by any other elements.It is prosperous of searching for new applications of RE in heat resistant steels.
