摘要
许多铝合金中都添加一定量的Zr,但常用的加Zr方式都存在着一些弊端.为此,研制出了新型Zr添加剂和加Zr新工艺.这种Zr添加剂制作简单,含量准确,使用方便。经试验及生产证实,采用该种添加剂向铝合金中加Zr,加入方法简单,加Zr温度可降低到720~74℃,Zr的实收率达80%以上,而且还可达到改善铸锭内部冶金质量的目的。
Certain Zr as an alloying element is to be added to many aluminium alloys.However, the common methods of adding Zr have some disadvantages. New Zr addition and technology are developed. It has been proved that the adding method is quite simple, accurate in composition, easy to use, and the adding temperature can be reduced to 720~740℃.Effectivity of Zr is up to above 80%, hence, the inside structure of ingot can be improved.
