摘要
本研究运用流变理论与研究方法,利用自制的测定仪器,测定EPS模样的流变曲线,建立不同密度EPS的应力应变本构方程。在分析影响消失模铸造干砂紧实力的各种因素的作用规律基础上,利用自制的抗剪强度测试装置,通过正交试验找出各因素对干砂紧实力的作用大小。并通过试验测定砂箱在不同条件下各点加速度分布,发现:砂箱固定方式与结构对干砂紧实力影响显著。在上述试验基础之上,通过计算机分析箱体件消失模铸造变形缺陷。这不仅为实际应用提供理论依据。
Abstract.In this article,the movement of shots entering
windows in the distributor has been analyzed while a blast wheel is working normally.It shows that
shots that have entered windows of impeller must own a critical angular velocity,and the
mathematical formula of critical angular velocity has been drawn out.A new“shot circle”model
in the distributor was put forward and it is proved to exist theoretically.The model has provided a
new way to improve shot blast capacity and shot blast efficiency.
