摘要 利用 Gleeble┐1500 热/动模拟试验机,测得金属材料的变形抗力、真应力┐真应变曲线及变形后的 C C T曲线等,为制定钢材的控轧控冷工艺提供工艺参数,为预测轧后组织与性能提供理论依据,为新品种工艺制定及提高成品质量提供技术依据。 Gleelbe 1500 thermal/dynamic simulated tester is used to detect the deformation resistance,true stress and strain curve and CCT curve after deformation of metal materials.The technical paratmeters for determining the cotrollcd rolling and cooling technology of steel product.The theoretical basis for pre dict the rollcd structure and performance and the technical basis for new product technology making and finishcd product quality improving are provided.
