摘要
目的分析湖北省长江及汉江流域的血吸虫病疫情,并探讨气象水文因素对疫情的影响,为血吸虫病防控提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查,收集2003-2007年湖北省5县(市)5镇的相关气象水文数据以及血吸虫病疫情资料,并进行分析。结果 2003-2007年,5地年降雨量最深值及7-8月月平均水位最高值均出现在2003-2004年;急感发病数以2005年最多,人群感染率以2006年为最高,多数地区易感地带面积有上升态势。结论血吸虫病疫情变化虽与局部气象水文因素有一定关系,但在无极端气候发生、无大的洪涝灾害等情况下,因地制宜地采取科学防控,可有效降低急感发生,控制血吸虫病疫情。
Objective To explore the impact of meteorological and hydrological factors on schistosomiasis endemic situation in the Yangtze River and Hanjiang River Basin,so as to provide reference for schistosomiasis control.Methods The historical data about the schistosomiasis endemic situation and meteorological and hydrological data in five towns of five counties(cities)were collected,and the correlation amoug them were analysed.Results From 2003 to 2007,both the maximum value of rainfall and average water level in July and August in 5 towns appeared in 2003 and 2004.The highest number of cases with acute schistosomiasis and population infection rate appeared in 2005 and 2006,respectively.The areas of susceptible zone in most of the 5 counties(cities)showed an increase tendency.Conclusions Though the change of schistosomiasis endemic situation has certain relationship with the meteorological and hydrological factors in local areas,under the situation with no extreme weather and big flood,taking scientific control measures according to local settings can effectively reduce the occurrence of acute schistosomiasis and control the prevelance of schistosomiasis.
