摘要
在考虑坝坡稳定的基础上,本文提出速度系数α来衡量水库水位降落的速度,并提出了水位降落速度的标准,文中列出了计算水库水位降落时坝坡稳定安全系数下降百分数p的曲线图。
Based on the consideration of earth dam slope stability, a coefficient a is introduced to indicate the velocity of water level drawdown in the reservoir. A number of diagrams is given in the paper for facilitating the calculation work to determine the allowable a without causing damage to the dam slope.
