摘要
目的:研制用于野战医疗机构冬季执行卫勤保障任务时的医用加热防冻保温箱。方法:在制式野战医疗箱安装保温层、电子控温器和电热带,采用电源或化学制热袋为其提供热量。结果:在-30℃环境、发电机供电、连续24 h条件下测箱内温度达到20~30℃;在无电源时由化学自热袋或电热宝提供热量,能持续5 h使箱内温度保持在15~30℃。结论:该保温箱满足了野战救治机构冬季药品设备保温防冻的需要。
Objective To research the medical thermo-incubator for transportation and storage in winter.Methods Insulation layer,electronic temperature controller and thermo-electric belt were involved in,with the heat supply from the electrical source or chemical heating bag.Results The temperature in the case could be kept within 20 to 30 ℃ with-30 ℃ environment temperature and the generator as the power source for 24 hours,and within 15 to 30 ℃ with the chemical heating bag for 5 hours.Conclusion The medical thermo-incubator can be used for the transportation and storage of the equipment and drugs at field medical facility in winter.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2010,31(12):61,66]
