摘要
在医疗纠纷的处理过程中,患方担心权益得不到维护,又缺乏专业援助,对通过政府和司法及其他第三方机构维权缺乏信心,处于无助和压抑的状态。采用暴力方式维权成为极个别患方在利益博弈中的无奈选择。只有改变患方无助和压抑的状态才可能避免医疗暴力,因此需要建设以维护患方合法权益为宗旨,为患方提供专业技术支持,接受恰当监督的第三方机构。这样的第三方机构和纠纷处理机制必须赢得患方充分信任,改变医疗纠纷中患方的劣势地位和劣势心态,使得医患双方平等地、理智地解决纠纷,从而尽量避免医疗暴力。
Medical violence is the most unharmonious phenomenon of physician - patient relationship, mediating medical disputes. Without professional support, losing faith in government departments and judiciary, being in adverse and depressive condition, patients sometimes are forced to adopt violence to deal with medical disputes. Building a patient trusted third -party organization for medical dispute mediation, which aims to work for guaran- teeing patient＇s legal rights, involve in dispute quickly and effectively, and accept appropriate supervision, in order to achieve equality between doctors and patients. In this way, the adverse condition and mental status of patients can be reversed , and medical violence can be relieved.
