摘要
近年,宫颈癌发病年轻化的趋势受到了国内外学者的高度关注。传统的宫颈癌根治性手术或放疗使患者永久性地失去了生育能力。广泛性宫颈切除术给渴望保留生育能力的早期宫颈癌患者带来了希望,其疗效及可行性与标准的治疗方法相近,在临床上有较大的应用价值。
