抗肿瘤血管生成与基因治疗的比较
摘要
血管生成是肿瘤生长、侵袭、转移和复发的基础，是促血管生成因子和抑制因子作用失衡的结果，因而抑制肿瘤血管生成是治疗肿瘤的关键。本文根据国内外的文献著作，对抗肿瘤血管生成和基因治疗优缺点做了比较。
