摘要
从企业层面和产业层面角度分析了供应链的弹性,提出了基于胡克定律的供应链弹性分析的思想,分析结果认为:产业层面的供应链弹性比企业层面的供应链弹性高,企业层面的的供应链结构弹性大小顺序为:交叉扩展型、纵向扩展型、横向扩展型、一般型;产业层面的供应链结构中先串后并型结构的弹性比先并后串型结构的弹性更强。
The paper studies supply chain elasticity on the planes of enterprise and industry and proposes the Hooke Law based method.The result of the analysis thus conducted shows that elasticity on the plane of industry is higher than that on the plane of enterprise,and,on the corporate level,supply chain structures with elasticity from the strongest to the weakest are crisscrossing extension,vertical extension,horizontal extension,and the generic;while on the industrial level,parallel chain structure is more elastic than chained parallel structure.
