摘要
在EOQ模型的分析逻辑基础上,构建了拥有制造商库存、在途库存和销售商库存三阶段供应链的库存持有成本模型,并在此模型基础上扩展三类不同类型的质量成本,即分别构建了含有鉴定成本、预防成本和损失成本的库存持有模型,进一步比较分析了不同质量成本条件下供应链的经济操作批量的大小及其影响因素。结论发现,加入了预防成本、损失成本和鉴定成本的供应链库存最优经济批量依次增加。
Based on the logic framework of the EOQ model,the paper formulates the cost model of supply chain inventory which consists of manufacturing inventory,transit inventory,and vending inventory,extends it by considering three different kinds of cost of quality（COQ）, namely appraisal cost,prevention cost,and failure cost and establishing cost model for each of them,then compares the size of economic operation quantity when different quality costs are considered,and identifies the influence factors.The findings show that the supply chain optimal economic operation quantity with appraisal cost is the highest among the three and that with prevention cost the lowest.
