摘要
常规射孔工艺在射孔过程中射孔液、压实作用、射孔压差对储层造成了一定程度伤害,为此,总结了低伤害射孔液的性能要求,对比分析了正压射孔与负压诱喷联作、氮气正压射孔、超压酸处理—TCP联作、射孔与高能气体压裂复合等射孔技术的技术优势。分析认为,可将多种工艺相结合,发挥协同效应,最大限度地沟通井筒和地层,发挥气井产能。提出了复杂气井射孔工艺的难点及发展方向,并建议应进一步加强对射孔液等射孔材料的研发,改进现有射孔工艺技术,研究新型射孔工艺技术,满足复杂类型气田的开发需要。
Conventional perforation process has brought certain damage to reservoir due to perforation fluid,compaction and perforation pressure difference.This paper summarizes the performance requirements on low damage perforation fluid,comparatively analyzes the technical advantages of perforation techniques such as combination of positive pressure perforation with negative pressure induced flow,positive pressure perforation with N2,combination of overpressure acid treatment with TCP,and combination of perforation with high energy gas fracturing.Two or more than two of these techniques can be integrated to get synergistic effect,to establish communication between well bore and reservoir,and to give full play to gas well productivity.This paper presents the difficulties and development trend of perforation process for sophisticated gas wells,suggests enhancing the research and development of perforation fluid and related materials,improving existing perforation process,developing new perforation technology,to meet the need of complex gas field development.
