大白猪繁殖和生产性状母体遗传效应估计 被引量:10

ESTIMATIONS OF MATERNAL GENETIC EFFECTS FOR REPRODUCTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE TRAITS IN LARGE WHITE PIGS

摘要 用非求导约束最大似然法( D F R E M L)估计了大白猪部分性状的直接和母体遗传效应。总产仔数、活产仔数和初生重的直接效应遗传力分别为015、025 和009,母体效应的遗传力分别为012、019 和064,直接和母体效应间遗传相关分别为- 054、- 018 和- 066。结果表明,母体遗传效应对繁殖性状直接遗传效应的选择有不利影响。165 日龄校正体重的直接和母体效应遗传力分别为 033 和 025,两种效应间的相关为- 011,说明母体效应也影响生长速度直接遗传效应的有利方向选择,但影响较小。90kg 校正背膘的直接遗传效应遗传力范围是030~050,母体遗传效应是015~016,两种效应间的相关为038~054。体型性状,如体长、体高等的直接效应遗传力范围是023~059,母体效应为014~019,两种效应间的相关为030~073。结果表明,母体遗传效应对背膘厚和一些体型性状直接遗传效应选择有正的影响。 Data from a selection experiment of Large White pigs for high growth rate and low backfat thickness were used to estimate genetic parameters.Direct(σ 2 d)and maternal(σ 2 m)additive genetic variances,their covariance(σ dm )and error variance(σ 2 e)were estimated for a total number of piglets born(NOBT),number of piglets born alive(NOBA),piglet birth weight(PBW),age corrected weight(CORRW),weight corrected backfats(CORRBFS),and conformation traits.Estimates of h 2 d vs h 2 m of NOBT,NOBA and PBW were 0 15 vs 0 12,0 25 vs 0 19,and 0 09vs 0 64,respectively.Also,estimates of r dm were negative for the three traits.The results indicated that there was a stronger negative correlation between direct and maternal genetic effects for NOBT and PBW than for NOBA.Estimates of h 2 d and h 2 mwere 0 33 and 0 25 for CORRW,0 30~0 50 and 0 15~0 16 for CORRBFS,0 23~0 59 and 0 14~0 19 for conformation traits.Estimate of r dm was -0 11 for CORRW,0 38~0 54 for CORRBFS,and 0 30~0 73 for conformation traits.The results suggest that there would be a positive correlation between direct and maternal genetic effects for CORRBFS or conformation traits and a negative correlation for CORRW.
