摘要
设计了一种程控高增益、宽带直流放大器.采用三级直接耦合级联放大方式,扩展了放大器的通频带宽,且具有良好的直流特性;采用数控增益自动稳定技术,提高了有效带宽内增益稳定性,在0~9 MHz频带内,增益起伏小于等于1dB;选用两路数控开关,分别实现40 dB和60 dB放大,提高了控制精度.系统具有键盘输入预置、增益可调、液晶显示等功能,具有较高的实用性.
A sort of program control DC wide-band amplifier with high-gain is designed in the paper.AVR mega16 is the main controller MCU,and AD603 is the core amplifier to achieve by adopting three-level direct-couple mode.The amplifier has excellent DC performance,by using digital-control AGC,and the gain stability is improved.The fluctuating of the gain less than 1dB from DC to 9 MHz.40 dB and 60 dB is got by using two-way digital-control switch,in this way,the precision is improved.In addition the System includes keyboard input preset,adjustable gain,LCD display,and high practicability.
