Straumann种植系统修复牙列缺损疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨Straumann牙种植系统在口腔修复中的特点及临床效果。方法:2003年1月~2009年6月我院为78例局部缺牙患者完成143枚实心螺纹型非潜入式Straumann种植体上部结构修复,定期随访口腔卫生、X线检查种植体周围骨组织情况、种植体周软组织与修复体情况、患者满意度等指标。结果:1例即刻种植修复后1年,唇侧牙龈退缩2.5 mm,其余种植体周围骨均稳定,无吸收,种植体成功率为99.3%;5例牙冠崩瓷,其中3例在修复后6个月,2例在修复后1年;中央螺丝固位冠松动2例,修复体成功率为95.1%。结论:Straumann种植体上部结构操作方便,修复牙列缺损效果良好。
