摘要
目的研究乙醇提取六月霜中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以六月霜提取物中总黄酮提取率为指标,对乙醇浓度和用量、提取温度、提取时间和次数等因素进行研究。结果最佳工艺参数为:提取溶剂70%乙醇,温度60℃,乙醇用量为药材的20倍,时间50 m in,提取3次。结论该实验优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To study the optimum process for alcohol extraction of total flavonoids from Artemisia anomala.Methods The extration ratio of total flavonoids,which was used as evaluating criteria,was determined by spectrophotometry,with the alcohol concentration and amount,temperature and extracting time as the evaluating factors.Results Parameters of optimum extraction process were as follows： the metrial was extracted for 3 times with 20 times amount of 70% alcohol solution,50 min per time,at temperature of 60℃.Conclusion The process is stable and highly efficient.
