摘要
近年来,我国经济发展进入了一个高速增长期,但是高增长并没有带来高就业。尤其是大量的高校毕业生及城镇下岗工人、农村剩余劳动力的就业问题已经成了我国面临的重要社会问题之一。本文对我国失业的现状进行研究,并根据目前我国就业形势提出了一系列针对性的建议。
In recent years,China＇s economic development has entered a period of rapid growth,but high growth has not brought higher employment to people,especially to a large number of college graduates and laid-off urban workers.Thus,the employment of surplus rural labor has become an important social issue in China.This paper studies the current situation of unemployment,and based on the current employment situation in China,makes a series of targeted recommendations.
