摘要
农家书屋工程在鸡西市各乡村发挥其实效,轰轰烈烈地创建起来,扎扎实实地生存下去,切实解决了农民群众买书难、借书难、看书难问题。文章从农家书屋在鸡西的发展背景与现状入手,分析了构建农家书屋工程建设的保证、前提、基础、要求及作用,提出了建设"农家书屋"的措施。
The project of the construction of small libraries proves to be real effective,which can solve the difficulties for the peasants to buy books,to borrow books and to read books.Starting from the background and the present situation of the construction of small libraries in rural areas in Jixi,the article makes an analysis of the guarantee,premise,basis,requirements and functions of the project of the construction,and advances some measures.
