摘要
从对当前高校大学生就业现状及就业困难的原因分析出发,指出大学生就业过程中存在的一些矛盾和普遍问题,并提出解决问题的途径,旨在促进大学生顺利就业,实现其人生价值。
According to the analysis on the college students＇ current employment situation and the causes of its difficulties,the paper points out the contradiction and common problems existing in the process of the college students＇ employment.It puts forward some measures to solve the problems,in order to promote college students＇ smooth employment and realize the value of their lives.
