摘要
目的探讨中药导致慢性肾衰竭的原因。方法回顾性分析我院38例因服用中药导致慢性肾衰竭患者的病例资料,并分析其主要致病的原因。结果所有38例中药所致慢性肾衰竭患者根据分期,21例患者为肾功能衰竭期,Scr:510～700μmol/L;17例患者为尿毒症期,Scr:730～1136μmol/L。结论中药所导致的慢性肾衰竭以长期服用对肾有损害的中药为主要原因,患者早期症状不明显,易于出现误诊情况的发生,临床上应给予重视,应用中药时要避免长期应用对脏器有毒副作用的中药,避免此类情况的发生。
Objective To explore reason why Chinese medicine lead to chronic renal failure.Methods A retrospective study on 38 cases＇s data that afflicted with chronic renal failure due to take Chinese traditional medicine,and analyse the exact cause.Results All 38 cases,according to the stages,21 patients with renal failure period,Scr：510～700muon mol/L,17 patients of uremic stage,（Scr）：1007～1136muon mol/L.Conclusion The main reason of the chinese medicine result into chronic renal failure is that patients long-term took the renal damage chinese medicine,it＇s not obvious of the early symptoms,misdiagnosedappear happened easily,attention should be paid on clinic,long-term application of traditional Chinese medicine with viscera toxic side-effect shuld be avoided,better to stop this kind of circumstance happening.
