摘要
针对苏州轻轨一号线盾构隧道的施工情况,采用三维有限元数值模型,研究了盾构施工对不同边长桩身的影响。计算结果表明:随着桩身边长的逐渐增大,盾构施工引起的桩身最大横向位移、竖向位移均逐渐减小,桩身最大正、负弯矩则逐渐增大,但桩身轴力、桩底和桩顶处弯矩则变化较小。最大负弯矩均发生在隧道轴线位置处,最大正弯矩则均发生在桩顶下6m处。盾构穿越正上方单桩时,在桩身边长逐渐增大的情况下,桩身受拉的长度及弯矩也逐渐增大,但盾构施工引起的单桩上部轴力则逐渐变小。整个桩身全部为负弯矩,且最大负弯矩均在桩身中点附近。
The numerical analysis is used to study the influence of adjacent shield tunnel construction on variable side length single pile at the tunnel of light railway line 1 in Suzhou city.The outcome of numerical simulation shows that the maximum lateral,vertical deformation is decreasing gradually,pile maximum positive and negative moment is increasing gradually with the side length increasing,but the pile axial force,pile top and pile end moments almost have no change.Pile maximum positive moment is at the tunnel axis,and the pile maximum negative moment is 6m below the pile top.When the shield drives below the single pile,the pile length in tension and pile moment is increasing gradually,and the pile axis force is decreasing with the pile side length increasing.The moment of whole pile is negative,and maximum negative moment is at the pile middle point.
