摘要
地下空间资源的开发利用活动是在地质体中进行的,因此地质体的性质和结构、地下水的赋存状态等地质条件对地下空间资源开发利用有重要影响。北京平原地下空间资源开发利用的地质问题主要有地下水的赋存状态、地下水位的变化、地面沉降、活动断裂、隐伏岩溶塌陷、地下有害气体等等。这些问题对地下空间资源开发利用可能产生不利影响。如果应对措施不当可能造成重大损失。因此在编制地下空间资源开发利用规划时应注意对地质条件的研究。这对防范风险,保护环境和可持续发展非常重要。
The development and utilization of underground space resources is carried out in the geological body,so it is influenced by the nature and structure of the geological body and the state of groundwater storing.The geological problems of development and utilization of underground space resources in Beijing are state of storing of groundwater,the changing of groundwater level,ground subsidence,active fault,covered karst collapse and the underground noxious gas.These issues may have adverse impact on the development and exploitation of underground space.An improper countermeasure might lead to heavy losses.Therefore,the geological condition should be considered as one of the important factors when underground space planning is formulated.It is of great importance to ward off risks,protect environment and achieve sustainable development.
