摘要
如今,中国行政体制改革在推行中央"条条"单位垂直管理的同时,也开始实行省级"条条"部门的垂直管理。检察院目前在人事任免和业务领导上已经实行了垂直管理,可关键的检务保障目前实行的仍是"分级管理,分级负担"原则。由于检察检务保障由地方制约,造成一系列不良后果,不利于检察事业的发展。检察机关比其他任何政府机关都应实行垂直管理,因此,切实加快实施检察机关垂直管理势在必行。
