摘要
以MgO、Al2O3以及其混合物为载体,研究MgO/Al2O3mol比对CH4/CO2重整Ni基催化剂性能的影响.结果表明MgO/Al2O3=2(mol比)时其催化性能最好,积炭量最少.现场TPO实验表明CO岐化的积炭量均大于相应催化剂CH4解离的积炭量,表明CH4/CO2重整Ni基催化剂的积炭。
MgO, Al 2O 3 and MgO/Al 2O 3 mixtures were used as support and the effect of the mole ratio of MgO/Al 2O 3 on catalytic performance of Ni based catalysts for CH 4/CO 2 reforming has been studied. The result indicates that the catalyst with support of MgO/Al 2O 3=2 has the best performance and the least carbon deposits on the catalyst. The in situ TPO experiments show that the carbon deposits from CO disproportionation were always more than that from CH 4 dissociation for the same catalyst. This implies that the carbon deposit on the catalysts in CO 2 reforming of methane reaction came from the CO disproportionation more.
