摘要
对于试验件为未装满液体油箱的离心试验,随着离心机转速的增加,液面、液体重心位置和吊篮耳轴的惯性矩均发生变化,而吊篮内安装的配重块重心在离心机运转过程中是不变的,因而离心机吊篮承受随转速变化的不平衡力矩,该不平衡力矩达到一定值会引起试验事故或设备损坏。提出动平衡分析的方法,得到不平衡力矩随加速度变化的函数关系,利用函数最大值最小值的数学求解和函数图像应用,来确定离心机吊篮的最佳配平方案。
For the centrifugal test of gasoline tank with some liquid,the liquid surface will slope as the rotate speed of centrifuge increasing.The rising of liquid centroid causes the change of centrifugal moment of inertia which is generated by the liquid.On the other hand,the balancing mass is invariable.So unbalanced torquemoment acts on the trunnion of suspended basket,.which will cause accident or damage of equipment.A dynamic balance analyzing method was proposed.The function of unbalanced moment and acceleration can be educed.The optimal project of counter-balance mass is determined by mathematical solution of function maximum and using figure of function.
