摘要
":援教顶岗"教育实习模式是民族师范院校为解决教育实习问题而进行的探索。从"援教顶岗"教育实习的理念、组织形式、构成、时间和内容、管理、基地建设及考核与评价七个方面对该模式进行了探讨,以期进一步完善"援教顶岗"教育实习模式、提高我校人才培养质量,为民族师范院校的教育实习模式改革提供借鉴。
＂Theory-practice-retheory-repractice-summary＂ teach education practice mode is the national education in normal colleges for solving the problem of exploration and practice.From this ＂theory-practice-retheory-repractice-summary＂ teach education practice concept,organization form,structure,time and content,management and base construction and assessment and evaluation of the seven aspects discusses the mode,in order to further perfect teach education practice mode,improving the quality of talent training,our national normal university for education practice mode reform.
