摘要
轻质充气泡沫水泥注浆材料的关键是发泡剂。根据发泡剂的起泡机理,对5种发泡剂的发泡剂浓度、与稳泡剂复配的性能和矿化度3个方面进行评价,从而初步优选出较好的发泡剂。再将发泡剂和稳泡剂在水泥浆水灰比1∶1的条件下进行正交试验,测定制得的结石体模块的密度和结石率,进行研究分析,最终为工程应用确定出发泡剂Ⅳ为理想的充气泡沫水泥注浆材料的发泡剂。
The foaming agent is the key of the foam-admixtured cement on the light-weight grouting materials.According to the mechanism of foaming agent,5 kinds of foaming agents were evaluated on 3 aspects,namely,the concentration of foaming agent,the capability of compound with foam stabilizer and the salinity,in order to select a better foaming agent initially.Then foaming agent and foam stabilizer were used for orthogonal test under the conditions that the water cement ratio of cement paste was 1：1.After conducted research and analysis the density and shrinkage rate of the obtained cement module by mensuration,the foaming agent Ⅳ was identified as the best foaming agent of foam-admixtured cement of grouting materials for engineering applications finally.
