技术发展一旦失去人文的引导,其结果必将损害人类的根本利益.如何克服技术的无人与无视人的状态,实现技术为人类造福和对人的终极关怀,是技术哲学所关注的重大理论和现实问题.
The technical development without humanistic guide is to do harm to the fundamental interests of mankind.Overcoming the technology with no care for the human being and make technology serve for the human being are the concerns of the technical philosophy and practical issues.
