选择性地应用伤椎置钉技术治疗胸腰段压缩性骨折21例初步报告 被引量:5

Treatment of internal fixation of thoracolumbar compression fracture with screws through the pedical of fractured vertebral arch

摘要 [目的]总结分析后路短节段内固定联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰段压缩性骨折的中、短期临床疗效和影像学结果。[方法]自2008年3月~2010年2月,对21例胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折患者采用后路短节段(六钉两棒一横连)内固定联合伤椎置钉的手术方法进行治疗。[结果]对患者术前术后的X线片进行测量,术前骨折椎体高度41.6%±16.5%,节段后凸角度10.8°±5.4°;术后骨折椎体高度86.8%±8.9%,节段后凸角度7.1°±4.4°。配对t检验显示,手术前后骨折椎体高度和节段后凸角度均有显著差异(P均<0.001)。[结论]选择性地应用伤椎置钉技术有利于后路术中复位以及纠正后凸畸形,并且增加了内固定系统的强度。
