摘要食管早期癌及癌前期病变临床上诊断较困难,日前国内外应用色素内镜诊断消化道早期癌及癌前期病变,但由于内镜下染料喷洒的差异常致使染色不够均匀,易造成假阳性.内镜窄带成像技术(narrow band imaging,NBI)是一种新兴的内镜技术,它利用滤光器滤掉内镜光源光波中的宽带光谱,仅留下窄带光谱用于诊断消化道各种疾病,
