摘要
本文通过翻译任务考察母语为英语的汉语学习者汉语致使结构的习得。研究结果表明,被试对汉语分析型致使结构的习得较好、较早,但由于他们的汉语水平及学习阶段较低,因此他们对汉语形态型和词汇型致使结构的掌握较差;母语(英语)促进了汉语分析型致使结构的习得,但严重阻碍了与由英语心理使役动词构成的致使结构相对应的汉语结构的习得。文章最后还探讨了研究结果对对外汉语教学的启示。
This article aims to investigate the acquisition of Chinese causative constructions by native English speakers based on a translation task.The results show that among the different types of causative constructions,they acquire the periphrastic type,which comes earlier,better than the morphological and lexical types.The reason is that they are limited by their low proficiency of Chinese as they are only elementary learners.Their first language contributes to the acquisition of the periphrastic type,but it seriously hinders the acquisition of those Chinese causative constructions which are corresponding to their English counterparts that are formed with psych causative verbs.Finally,the article explores the implications of this study for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
