摘要
目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为两组。治疗组以润燥止痒胶囊口服联合左西替利嗪治疗;对照组以左西替利嗪治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果:两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效好、复发率低、副作用小。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule plus Levocetririzine in treating pruritus senilis.Methods：86 cases with Pruritus Senilis were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group;patients in treatment group were given oral administration of compound Runzao Zhiyang Capsule and Levocetririzine while those in control group had Levocetririzine;the course lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.Results：the two rates were of significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusions：Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with Levocetririzine is effective in treating chronic urliearia.
