摘要
目的:观察散寒祛湿为主中药组方治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:将符合条件的71例类风湿关节炎患者分为中医组20例,用散寒祛湿中药组方为主进行治疗;西医组21例,常规用甲氨喋呤治疗;中西医结合组30例,散寒祛湿中药组方加小剂量甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗;疗程5～6个月。结果:中医组总有效率为90%,西医组总有效率为85.71%,中西医结合组总有效率为96.67%,3组疗效经Ridit分析显示,中医组和西医组间疗效无显著差异(P>0.05),中西医结合组疗效分别优于中医组和西医组(P<0.05)。结论:散寒祛湿中药组方能改善类风湿关节炎的临床症状和实验室指标,具有一定的免疫抑制作用;散寒祛湿中药组方和甲氨喋呤联合使用可减少甲氨喋呤的用量,提高疗效,且不良反应发生率低,具有一定增效减毒作用。
Objective：To observe chinese medical formula of eliminating cold and dampness in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods：71 RA patients in accord with conditions were divided into 3 groups.20 cases in TCM group,mainly treated with Chinese medical formula of eliminating cold and dampness;21 cases in western medicine group,treated with routine methotrexate;30 cases in integrated group,treated with chinese medical formula of eliminating cold and dampness and low dose of methotrexate;treatment period was 5-6 months.Results：The total effective rate was 90% in the TCM group,85.71% in the western medicine group,and 96.67% in the integrated group.After Ridit analysis,no difference was found between the TCM group and the western medicine one.Treatment effectiveness in the integrated group was better than the others.Conclusion：Chinese medical formula of eliminating cold and dampness can improve clinical symptoms and laboratory indicates of RA patients with immunosuppressive function.Combination with methotrexate and chinese medical formula of eliminating cold and dampness can decrease methotrexate dosage,enhance clinical treatment effectiveness with low adverse event rate,possessing immunosuppre ssive function.
