摘要
添加NH4Cl到经由高能球磨制得的机械活化铝粉中后,铝粉在空气中于室温下即可发生自燃反应。本研究通过含有不同量NH4Cl的机械活化铝粉的自燃制得了Al2O3-AlN疏松粉末,并研究了NH4Cl添加量对燃烧产物成分和结构的控制。结果表明:NH4Cl不仅控制了产物的形貌,而且改变了铝粉的氮化机理。在NH4Cl添加量为3%~5%(质量分数)时,所得燃烧产物颗粒大小相对较均匀,并含有70%(质量分数)以上的AlN。
With the addition of NH4Cl,the mechanically activated aluminum powder made by high energy ball milling could burn spontaneously in air at room temperature with the formation of Al2O3-AlN powder.In this study,AlN powders were prepared by the spontaneous combustion of aluminum powder including different amounts of NH4Cl.The effects of NH4Cl content on the composition and structure of the combustion product were studied by characterizing the phase and morphology of combustion products.The results show that NH4Cl not only affects the morphology of products,but also changes the nitridation mechanism of aluminum powder.When 3%~5%(mass fraction) NH4Cl is added,the sizes of particles included in the combustion product show small variation and the content of AlN in the combustion product is above 70%(mass fraction).
