摘要
本文研究了一种利用激光在线测量高温物体比辐射率的智能化仪器。该仪器由光学发射与接收系统、信号处理与放大系统及显示系统三部分组成、其中,光学系统主要包括:半导体激光器、斩波器、准直镜、扩束镜、分束镜、组件滤光片、聚焦透镜、PIN光电二极管等;信号处理与放大系统主要包括:电压跟随放大电路、模-数转换电路及8031单片机等;显示系统则主要由数字显示器、打印机及接口电路等构成。文中还介绍了该仪器的结构和原理,讨论了其中的技术难点及其相应的解决方案,分析了比辐射率的测量精度对温度测量精度的影响。
A new kind of intelligent specific radiance on-line measuring instrument using laser is presented in this paper. The instrument consists of three parts:optical emitting and receiving system,signal amplifying and controlling system,and display system. In details,the optical emitting and receiving system is mainly composed of laser,chopper,collimator lens,extender lens,beam splitting mirror,filter module,focusing lens and pin photodiode. The signal amplifying and controlling system is mainly composed of signal amplifier,A/D converter and 8031 chip processor. And the display system is mainly composed of indicator,printer and I/O circuit. The key technologies,the corresponding solution methods and the effect on temperature measurement precision are discussed.
