摘要
目的调查圈养食蟹猴基础血糖值情况。方法采用快速血糖仪对153只6～19岁雄性食蟹猴和87只6～24岁雌性食蟹猴的血糖进行测定。结果不同性别的食蟹猴血糖值存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中雌性食蟹猴血糖平均值为4.09mmol/L±1.03mmol/L,雄性食蟹猴血糖平均值为3.32mmol/L±0.59mmol/L;不同年龄段的食蟹猴血糖值差异显著(P<0.05),年龄大的食蟹猴血糖值比年龄小的食蟹猴血糖值整体较高;体重指数与基础血糖值之间无显著相关性。结论食蟹猴基础血糖值与人类基础血糖值相比,水平较低;性别和年龄是影响食蟹猴血糖值的主要因素。食蟹猴基础血糖值调查为糖尿病动物模型的建立及其相关研究提供了有关血糖值的基础数据参考。
Objective To get the basal blood glucose levels of cynomolgus monkeys in captivity. Methods Fasting glucose levels were measured with a glucometer in 153 male cynomolgus monkeys which were 6 - 19 years old and 87 female cynomolgus monkeys which were 6 -24 years old. We also discussed the influences of gender, age and body mass index （BMI） on blood glucose. Results There were great differences in blood glucose levels between male and female monkeys （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The basal blood glucose of the female cynomolgus monkeys was much higher than that of the male monkeys 4. 09 mmol/L ± 1.03 mmol/L and 3.32 mmol/L± 0.59 mmol/L, respectively. Differences in blood glucose levels of cynomolgus monkeys at various ages were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The blood glucose of the older individual was greater than that of the younger on the whole. Besides, there was no relativity between BMI and blood glucose levels （ ｜R｜ 〈 0. 3, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The basal blood glucose levels of cynomolgus monkeys was lower than a normal human＇ s. Gender and age were the main factors which affected blood glucose. In addition, this research can provide basic information for diabetic modeling in cynomolgus monkeys and related research.
