微波辅助提取五倍子中没食子酸的工艺研究

摘要 采用微波辅助法提取五倍子中的没食子酸。研究了料液比、微波功率、微波时间对没食子酸提取效果的影响,进行单因素试验和正交试验,确定微波提取没食子酸的优化工艺条件为:以2 mol/L的盐酸为提取剂,料液比为1/30,微波功率为230 W,提取时间450 s。微波辅助提取法和常规提取方法相比,具有更广阔的应用前景。 Gallic acid was extracted with microwave-assisted.The effects of factors including solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and microwave power on the extraction rate of gallic acid were examined through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The best extracting conditions were that the ratio of liquid to solid was 1/30,microwave power was 230 W,and microwave time was 450 s.Comparison of microwave extraction and conventional extraction rate of gallic acid,microwave extraction method was more widely used.
