先张预应力BFRP筋混凝土梁受弯性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 玄武岩纤维筋是一种新型复合材料,具有轻质、高强、非磁性、耐高温、耐酸碱等多重优点。完成了直径为10mm的BFRP筋基本力学性能测试。进行了3根先张有粘结预应力BFRP筋混凝土梁,1根非预应力BFRP筋混凝土梁的受弯性能对比试验,分析了试验梁受力过程及破坏形态、平截面假定情况、特征荷载值、荷载一挠度关系、裂缝发展情况、延性指标,初步探讨给出了BFRP筋混凝土构件的挠跨比限值,对比分析了预应力与非预应力BFRP筋混凝土梁受弯工作性能,为预应力BFRP筋构件的进一步研究打下了基础。 Basalt fiber reinforced polymer tendon is a new type of advanced composite material. BFRP is of muhiple advantages which include light weight, high strength, non-magnetic, high temperature and acid resistance. The mechanical performance and the relaxation loss of qbl0 mm BFRP tendons are firstly tested. After that,the flexural behavior of three prestressed and one non-pres- tressed concrete beams are tested. As a result,the loading process and failure modes,the development of plane-section assumption, the characteristic load, relationship of load-deflection, as well as ductility coefficient are obtained. On the basis of the experimental data, deflection limitation of concrete flexural member reinforced with BFRP tendons are given, flexural behavior between prestressed and non-prestressed BFRP reinforced concrete beams is compared and analyzed. The results can be used for further study on concrete flexural member reinforced with BFRP tendons.
