摘要
在分析液驱混合动力车辆试验装置的原理和组成方案的基础上,利用二次调节静液传动技术和虚拟仪器技术建立液驱混合动力车辆的液压系统和测控系统,分析高速开关阀工作特性对双向变量马达转速响应的影响,针对高速开关阀的响应滞后特性设计控制器。试验结果表明,该试验装置能够满足液驱混合动力车辆动态特性试验的需要。
The principle and configuration of the test bench for hydraulic system of series hydraulic hybrid vehicles were discussed. Based on hydrostatic secondary regulation technology and virtual instruments technology, the hydraulic system and measurement system were built. By analyzing the influence of high-speed on-off valve's working characteristic on speed performance of bidirectional variable-displacement motor, a controller was designed due to response lag of the valve. The experimental results show the test bench can satisfy the need to test dynamic performance of hydraulic hybrid vehicles.
