摘要
利用变频调速技术对中央空调冷却水和冷冻水实行变流量控制,实现了中央空调水系统在部分负荷下的节能运行,减小了空调装置系统的总能耗.结合技术改造实例,对某大型中央空调系统改造前后的能耗情况进行比较,验证了采用变流量控制技术可达到节能35%以上的效果.
The application of variable frequency technology to control flow rates of cooling water and chilled water for central air-conditioning systems was studied. The application of variable frequency technology was expected to realize the part-load energy-saving operation for water-cooled central air-conditioning systems. The system's total energy consumption could be significantly reduced. A case study of technological retrofit for a large water-cooled central air-conditioning system was introduced. The system's energy consumption before and after retrofit was compared and the 35% energy-saving effect of variable flow technology used in water- cooled central air-conditioning systems was investigated.
