摘要
科研管理信息系统是现代科研管理的发展趋势。介绍了中国水产科学研究院科研管理现状及其院所布局,通过对C/S和B/S模式的优缺点的对比,确定了C/S与B/S相结合的体系结构并给出了其网络拓扑结构图;对科研管理信息系统的功能需求进行了分析,基于此对系统功能模块进行划分;根据系统开发环境,对系统开发过程中的关键技术进行了研究。
Scientific management information system is the development trend of modern scientific management. The paper introduced the management status and layout of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences; Through the comparison between C/ S and B/S mode, it determined the structure of C/S and B/S combination, and gave its network topology structure; It analyzed the functional requirements of the management information system, and divided the system module. According to the development environment of system, it had a study on the key technology.
