摘要
采用超声波辅助提取红景天中多酚类物质,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:16(克:毫升)、乙醇浓度50%、超声波提取时间60分钟、提取温度50℃,在此条件下,多酚类物质提取率可达0.5437%。
The Ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of polyphenol from Rhodiola Rosea were optimized through orthogonal experiment, based on the single factor experiment. The results show that the best extraction process conditions as follows： liquid materials 1：16 （g：mL）, ethanol concentration 50%, ultrasonic extraction time 60min, extraction temperature 50~C. The polyphenols extraction yield can reach 0.5437% in the optimum conditions.
