摘要
采用超声波辅助提取红景天中多酚类物质,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:16(克:毫升)、乙醇浓度50%、超声波提取时间60分钟、提取温度50℃,在此条件下,多酚类物质提取率可达0.5437%。
The Ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of polyphenol from Rhodiola Rosea were optimized through orthogonal experiment, based on the single factor experiment. The results show that the best extraction process conditions as follows: liquid materials 1:16 (g:mL), ethanol concentration 50%, ultrasonic extraction time 60min, extraction temperature 50~C. The polyphenols extraction yield can reach 0.5437% in the optimum conditions.
